Job Description:
French Color & Fragrance is seeking a full time Associate / Marketing Manager.
This role is an essential part of the Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fragrance; and be a resourceful self-starter who has a strong sense of collaboration.

This role requires the ability to think both strategically and creatively - to ideate and help bring concepts to life.

We are looking for a team player with a positive outlook who thrives in a creative, fast paced environment where the need to pivot quickly and multi-task is essential.

This role works closely with Sales, Fragrance Development and multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):
Participate in brainstorming sessions and project meetings to initiate new innovative concepts and to help facilitate client briefs.

Lead in the collection and analysis of consumer & market insights, emerging industry trends and competitive data to assist in identifying client opportunities.

Assist Marketing team in the creation of well-written and impactful client & trend presentations.
Help manage Marketing team timelines and deliverables.
Write creative & dynamic fragrance descriptions.

Cultivate strong relationships and act as a liaison with key internal clients & partners including the Fragrance Evaluation, Perfumery and Sales Teams.

Help manage FCF Social Media platforms

create and edit FCF social media content.
Assist in the creation of newsletters and eblasts.
Assist in updating and maintaining company marketing collateral & website.
Assist with managing deliverables and deadlines for company events and trade shows.
Active participation in industry events and trade shows.
Travel to assist in client meetings.


Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of marketing experience; fragrance, beauty, product development or ingredient industry experience is a plus.
Excellent creative writing ability & oral communication/presentation skills.
Creative thinker with an eye for design
Detail oriented with excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Must be a reliable & enthusiastic team player who is able to handle situations with integrity & thoughtfulness.
Experience with Social Media
Proficient in Office 365, especially Power Point
Experience with Trade Shows or planning company events is a plus.
Experience working with clients or account management is a plus.
