    Sr. Maintainability Engineer

    San Diego, CA

    Duration: 7 month contract

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops maintenance procedures, defining maintenance steps, equipment, tools, times and personnel requirements.
    • Enters maintenance procedures and associated task data into SLICwave Additional work to be performed:
    • Provides technical inputs for analyses to determine the most cost-effective alternatives for performing maintenance tasks over the life of the system.
    • Identifies and defines which parts of a system can be repaired or removed and replaced.
    • Develops and writes technical documentation, makes revisions to existing documentation, and provides input to technical presentations.
    • Presents project technical results and recommendations to internal customers.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience using Slicwave
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to read engineering drawings.
    • At least two years working as a Maintainability Engineer, Logistics Engineer, RAM Engineer, or similar with experience developing maintenance tasks and entering these tasks into Slicwave.
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with MS Teams.
