    We are looking for an Sales Support Analyst to join our Lincoln team. In this role you will support the AKRS Equipment sales department by performing settlements of equipment with John Deere. You will be responsible for posting accounting transactions and sales invoicing and reconciling John Deere payables, sales and inventory accounts.

    Responsibilities:
    • Enter accounting entries related to sales transactions and inventory systems
    • Enter accounting entries after settlements are completed to the general ledger, bank accounts, accounts payable and inventory systems
    • Communicate with others in the organization to answer accounting / invoicing questions and resolve issues
    • Reconcile sales accounts, identifying discrepancies and determining corrective action
    • Manage workflow process, supporting sales representatives through the process
    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of administrative or accounting experience
    • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals such as debit, credit, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word and Internet based tools
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Associate Degree in business or accounting or equivalent experience
