- Enter accounting entries related to sales transactions and inventory systems
- Enter accounting entries after settlements are completed to the general ledger, bank accounts, accounts payable and inventory systems
- Communicate with others in the organization to answer accounting / invoicing questions and resolve issues
- Reconcile sales accounts, identifying discrepancies and determining corrective action
- Manage workflow process, supporting sales representatives through the process
- 2+ years of administrative or accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals such as debit, credit, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word and Internet based tools
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Associate Degree in business or accounting or equivalent experience
