    Position: Director , Product Manager

    Location: Hoboken and Remote – 2 days a week in Hoboken office.

    NICE Actimize is currently seeking a senior-level individual with high energy and drive to join our team as a Director , Product Manager for the NICE Actimize Data Intelligence team. Focus on Client Onboarding. KYC and both public and premium data sets.

    Responsibilities

    • As a Director, Product Manager, you will be responsible for overall product strategy from strategic planning to tactical activities
    • Research, gather, and define content and data requirements driven by client & market needs
    • Own content roadmap plans and prioritize data sources and capabilities to support ongoing delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, and new or existing customers' feedback
    • Write requirements documents that effectively communicate requirements to Product Owners, R&D, and other relevant technical teams
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure on time deliveries of product releases
    • Use Agile Product Management methodology to manage content backlog and deliveries
    • Analyse market trends and closely monitor product competitors
    • Act as the subject matter expert for content and data and market internally (cross teams, engineering, sales, pre-sales, and marketing) as well as externally (business partners, customers)
    • Research, gather, and define business requirements from discussions with clients, partners, sales, and other sources for current and future product releases
    • Work with marketing, release management and education teams on product materials. e.g., white papers, customer presentations, training presentations, videos, webinars, solution brochures, solution guides
    • This position may require some travel (10-15%)

    Qualifications

    Must Have

    • Experience with Managing & Delivering Cloud/SaaS Products
    • 5+ years experience in client onboarding and KYC, financial crime operations and solutions.
    • Experience with third party public and premium vendor data products or offerings
    • 5+ years of software product management or product marketing experience, preferably with enterprise software
    • Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fluid, start-up like environment
    • Ability to work successfully with clients and business partners directly
    • Excellent problem-solving ability in high pressure situations
    • Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities
    • Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • BSc or BA degree, or higher

    Highly Desired

    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal "direct-line" authority
    • Experience working with offshore development team
    • Experience working with financial institutions
