Job DescriptionSalary:

Arctic Compressor is seeking a full-time Compressor Assembly Technician 1. Applicant must possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Applicant must be capable of working independently with minimal direction.

Job Purpose: Employee will be responsible for assembly and testing of high pressure air compressors and related sub-assemblies.

Job duties:

Work together with other production staff to efficiently and accurately assemble components
Testing and troubleshooting of final assemblies to assure proper operation for customers
Resolve assembly problems by working with supervisor to change part specifications or assembly procedures
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications:

Ability to quickly learn industry / company specific terminology
Mechanical aptitude
People skills
No experience required, however, machine assembly and repair experience is preferred
