Responsibilities
+- Contribute to achievement of branch sales goals by engaging customers in discovery conversations to determine their product needs referring customers to appropriate product specialists.
- Deliver consistent exceptional customer service by displaying sincere outgoing aggressive friendliness smiling acknowledging every customer introducing yourself making eye contact thanking customer are all examples.
- Acknowledge every transaction including cash checks withdrawals balance cash drawer daily prepare daily settlements proof transactions using customer focused skills explain policies procedures customers as applicable may open new accounts successfully completed FSR training understand comply bank policy laws regulations as applicable complete compliance training adhere internal procedures controls report any known violations compliance policy laws regulations report suspicious activity colleagues maintain high level cooperation rapport associates ensure accurate efficient operations services formulate communicate new ideas suggestions improve profitability efficiency bank overall operation promote professionalism times work environment moderate noise levels typical office setting. ,+
