As one of the leading Real Estate Agencies in Hood and Parker County, we have an incredible opportunity available for the Director of First Impressions position. We are seeking the right individuals to join our team, to grow, develop and contribute to our pursuit of excellence. The Director of First Impressions is the first point of contacts for both agents and clients in our office and we are looking for someone with a poised, positive, relationship-based attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to preform multiple projects on a daily basis while remaining focused, calm and maintaining high energy. They will also maintain the appearance of the office atmosphere at all times while answering the phones in a professional and timely manner.

The right candidate:

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to pass company assessments.

· Servant Leader

· Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

· Task Oriented, systematic and able to follow procedures

· Very strong organizational and prioritization skills

· Knowledge of office equipment (i.e. multi line phone system, commercial copier and computers) preferred

· Prior real estate experience is not required yet is a huge plus

Position Location: Weatherford, Texas and Granbury, Texas

Compensation: Salary position; Bonus Potential

JobType : Full-time, 40 hours
