    Job Description and Responsibilities:
    GCP NextGen is looking to hire an SAP GRC Engagement Manager for the Global Consulting Practice.

    The candidate will be responsible for:

    • Leading the design, build, testing and deployment of changed or new business processes enabled by the SAP GRC and S/4 HANA security solutions
    • Leading business workshops with key stakeholders and drive results in line with the project plan
    • Providing SAP compliance and security solutions to meet clients' business priorities and requirements within the context of industry leading practices
    • Providing contribution in project planning and execution according to objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standards
    • Developing implementation schedules, system implementation planning, and execution.
    • Ensuring project success criteria are met
    • Building strong relationships with IT/business peers and management to best meet company goals and objectives
    Required Experience & Skills


    • Proven track record of designing, configuring and implementing GRC 12 for Access governance and Process controls, designing and building roles for S/4 HANA and GRC Fiori applications
    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience of designing, configuring and implementing SAP S4 HANA GRC and Security application components with the knowledge of the new SAP GRC and security best practices
    • Ability gather business requirements and create security strategy and framework document
    • Experience in configuring complex workflow in the GRC system using BRF+ flat rule and MSMP tool in multiple SAP and/or S/4 HANA transformation programs
    • Demonstrates an understanding on how to lead global, consulting led teams to deliver business process improvements and transformation to deliver compliance and security business functions leveraging SAP GRC and S4 HANA security capabilities
    • Ability to conduct design workshops, gather and document compliance requirements, perform fit-gap analysis of security and compliance requirements
    • Proven track record of designing, configuring and implementing SAP GRC application components for Access Risk Analysis, Access Risk Management, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management
    • Experience in designing and conducting user access reviews
    • Lead segregation of duties risk violation remediation effort by working closely with Compliance, internal audit, business process teams
    • Demonstrates experience of working with internal audit and Compliance teams to evaluate Segregation of Duties conflicts and consult with business units in reducing the SOD conflicts
    • Design and configure MSMP workflows for addressing various request types in Access Request Management and Emergency Access management
    • Demonstrates knowledge of integrating SAP GRC with S4 HANA and SAP & non-SAP Identity management solutions
    • Experience in SSO integration of GRC solution with Okta LDAP etc.
    • Design and develop user/access management provisioning process to work with SAP and non-SAP applications
    • Experience in Assessing IAM controls, policies, and procedures for Access Management (Authentication and Authorization, SSO and Multifactor Authentication)
    • At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as S/4 HANA GRC and S/4 HANA Security lead that includes multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
    • A minimum of eight (8) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
    • Experience managing 5 to 10 on-site and offshore resources,
    • Willingness to travel up to 100%
