    Services and Support Coordinator

    A leading technology company is looking for a Services and Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will work at our facility in Nashua NH supporting both internal and external customer's experience with our solutions, processes, and services. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment

    Services and Support Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

    • Hourly pay: $19/hr
    • Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Nashua, NH Onsite)
    • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
    • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

    Services and Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

    • Work on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures and requests.
    • Enter, Maintain, and support data entry in various systems to support delivery operations.
    • Establish and maintain close communication with both internal organization and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.
    • Communicate with customers for issue resolution and response.
    • Solve a broad range of service/support requests varying in scope and complexity.

    Services and Support Coordinator Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of relevant experience.
    • Experience with database tracking and management systems.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
    • Strong attention to details, ability to multitask and organizational skills.
    • Will require an understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes.
    • Need to be able to document processes and work instructions.
    • Ability work with reports and perform data analysis.
    • Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
    • Based on customer requirements, candidate must be able to pass a background check.
    • Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
    • Must be a US Citizen.

    Services and Support Coordinator Shift:

    • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
