- Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc.
- Preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment
- Experience with SAP Enable One (SAP training tool).
- Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG business processes and functionalities, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, supplier lifecycle management, master data governance, etc.
- Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good problem-solving and analytical skills
