- Southeast Side Chicago - Providing care to a male client with Multiple Sclerosis. For this client, you would provide 1 on 1 support, in the home of the client, with basic household duties (laundry, light housekeeping), meal preparation/cooking, medication reminders, balance assistance, support with grooming, dressing, personal care, bathing, toileting, as well as incontinent care (as needed), companionship, activities within the client's capabilities, and run personal errands. The use of a Gait Belt and/or a Hoyer Lift will be used for all transfer.
- 24/7 On Call Support with a live person to talk to when you call
- Base hourly wage for this job opportunity is $19.00/hr

- Must have Reliable transportation - Public Or Vehicle *Company does not provide transportation
- Must be able to provide unexpired documents for Background check, Federal I9, E-verify, and Payroll purposes.
- Must be able to use technology such as access to a company mobile app and mobile website while on shift.
