    SUMMARY OF POSITION:


    Provide administrative support with advanced communication skills as well as a high degree of confidentiality to the Vice Chair of Research, Department of Radiology, Division Chief of Neuroradiology, Division Chief of Neurointerventional Radiology and Neuroradiology Fellowship Director.


    To provide administrative support for the Neuroradiology Fellowship Program, serving as Program Coordinator, solely responsible for day-to-day operation of workflow of fellow and serving as a representative of the Department of Radiology and the institution.


    This position is responsible for providing support to the Division of Neuroradiology through the completion of office and administrative functions.

    This position oversees the observation and shadowing of fellows, residents, and medical students from other departments within the institution. This position oversees the shadowing of chiropractors in private practice within the community.


    Support for the Neuroradiology Division, coordinating workflow issues, maintenance and troubleshooting within the division to ensure excellent patient care and a positive patient experience.

    Provide support to Division Chiefs and Vice Chair in all facets of the Neuroradiology Division.

    Participate in and provide administrative support for numerous coordinated educational efforts related to the Neuroradiology Division such as ENT Tumor Board, Pediatric Oncology Tumor Board, CNS Tumor Board, Neuroimaging Conference (Multidisciplinary Conference), lectures within the Radiology Department as well as other departments (Neurosurgery, Neurology, Otolaryngology, Rehab) within the institution and physician CME.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Post-high school education/training or equivalent of three (3) years or more of related experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

    • Associate Degree or equivalent experience (2 years) preferred

    • Microsoft Proficiency Level: Word-Intermediate; Excel - Intermediate; PowerPoint - Intermediate preferred

    • Microsoft Proficiency Level: Word: Intermediate; Excel: Intermediate; PowerPoint: Intermediate preferred
