    Reporting to Director, Finance, the Manager will serve as a crucial member of the Finance team for Fanatics Collectibles. This role will be important to building Collectibles' finance operations, processes and best practices. The manager will play a critical role in creating analyses and building models that will define the future of the Fanatics Collectibles business. The role will partner across multiple teams within the Collectibles and Fanatics organizations.

    We are looking for an exceptional analytical thinker, who will help build cases for new strategies and investments, as well as help perform analysis on existing businesses. This individual must have strong financial acumen and judgement. The successful candidate must be a detail focused, curious, problem solver. Individuals with a demonstrated passion for sports, culture and entertainment will likely find themselves as a strong cultural fit.

    Responsibilities:
    • Partner with business units across Fanatics to identify and analyze cost saving opportunities and assist in execution of initiatives
    • Conduct in-depth analyses on inventory management and work with operational teams to implement strategies and recommendations
    • Take active role in cash flow and balance sheet modelling and forecasting
    • Support the creation of materials for Monthly Forecasting, Long-Range Planning, Board Presentations and other Executive level reporting
    • Create analyses and presentations in a clear and concise manner for key leaders across Fanatics and Collectibles
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience with a preference for candidates with a background in Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance / Accounting, Private Equity and Strategy
    • Expertise within MS Excel; including advanced functions used in building complex models
    • Experience with complex cash flow models
    • Strong PowerPoint skills
    • Experience with Oracle is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree (BS/BBA or equivalent)
    • Experience in a large, multi-division company; experience in a start-up environment is a plus

    • Ability to understand technical details, processes and system requirements
    • Ability to synthesize large data sets into concise, easy to understand analyses
    The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
