- Experience the thrill of traveling across the nation while bringing connectivity to life, setting up network equipment and workstations at branch locations.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors to schedule services for branch openings and moves.
- Own and manage branch opening projects using project management tools.
- Order all IT equipment necessary for branch openings using company purchase accounts, handle the logistics.
- Maintain close communication with our General Managers throughout the opening process.
- Perform hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Exemplify top-tier customer service.
- Share technical knowledge and help mentor fellow techs/team members wherever possible.
- Deliver personalized support to end users.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- 2-5 years of experience as a IT Administrator/Help Desk Technician
- Experience with Microsoft, Zendesk, Asana, Asset Panda, Zoom, Meraki, Pulseway, Kandji, Konica preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- IT related certifications highly desired, CompTIA, Network +, etc
- Proficiency in customer service and great communication, with the ability to adapt technicality to suit the audience

- Willingness and ability to travel on a as needed basis
- Ability to multi-task multiple support requests and projects

The successful candidate will provide on-site and remote technical support to end users and execute various internal projects. If you have 2-5 years of experience with direct customer technical support, DaBella would love to bring you on-board.
Our team actively manages customer IT solutions, and we will be requiring this individual to engage in all IT activities ranging from basic windows workstation support to CRM software support.
