    Summary

    The Corporate Administration Intern will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Legal Team by providing administrative support such as organizing files, maintaining legal databases and general clerical duties. The Corporate Administration Intern must possess the ability to work independently and take sole responsibility for several projects simultaneously. This Teammate will interact and communicate professionally with other Buckle Corporate Teammates.

    Job Duties
    • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
    • Input and maintain accurate data in legal databases.
    • Special projects and other duties as assigned.
    • Maintain high degree of confidentiality required for all aspects of position.
    • Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Education and/or Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook. High level of attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional time and project management, and organization and analytical skills and experience.

    While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Work Environment

    While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
