General Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Above all must be a team player with high level of dedication.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand/walk 10 to 90% of the work day; sit to perform normal office duties for 10 to 90% of the work day, occasional bending, squatting, ascending ladders/stairways, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all equipment is maintained and in good working order.
• Completes the necessary training and safety requirements per Smith Industries, LLC company policy.
• Assists department manager(s) in special projects as needed.
• Basic maintains and cleaning all parts of the brakes and equipment pertaining to specific work duties.
• Assists in obtaining productivity of 0-15 poles per day.
• Climbs ladders or works on scaffolding as required.
• Reports any problems promptly to Supervisor.
• Keeps work area clean by practicing good housekeeping procedures.
• Performs any task, assignment, or project assigned by Supervisor.
