    Job Summary: The Bartender/Mixologist is responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing knowledgeable beverage recommendations, and delivering attentive service in a fine dining restaurant setting. This role requires a skilled and creative individual who excels in mixology, customer service, and teamwork, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Mixology and Beverage Preparation: Create innovative and high-quality cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and creative techniques. Develop and update cocktail menus to reflect seasonal ingredients, trends, and guest preferences. Ensure consistency in cocktail preparation and presentation, adhering to established recipes and standards.
    2. Beverage Knowledge and Recommendations: Possess extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and other beverages, including flavor profiles, origins, and production methods. Provide personalized beverage recommendations to guests based on their preferences, menu selections, and occasion. Educate guests about different types of cocktails, wines, and spirits, enhancing their dining experience.
    3. Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests at the bar with warmth and professionalism, engaging with them in a friendly and attentive manner. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any requests or concerns to enhance the overall dining experience.
    4. Bar Maintenance and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including bar tools, glassware, and beverage inventory. Monitor bar supplies and ingredients, restocking as needed to ensure smooth service operations. Follow proper procedures for handling and storing beverages, maintaining quality and freshness.
    5. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate beverage service and ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the front of house team on menu development, promotions, and special events. Support fellow team members during peak service periods, assisting with beverage preparation and service as needed.
    Requirements:Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail ingredients, as well as mixology techniques and trends.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
    • Creativity and passion for crafting innovative cocktails and enhancing the guest experience.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    Working Conditions:
    • Fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent standing, walking, and interaction with guests and staff.
    • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
