- with COPD on home O2, has hypoxia, is wheelchair-bound, and needs assistance with ADLs.
Needs a caregiver WITH A CAR for picking up medications at the pharmacy and for grocery shopping
Needs Help with:
bathing
- dressing
- toileting
- transferring
- eating
- active/passive exercises
- assistance with medical equipment
- routine health monitoring
- specific household tasks to maintain environmental safety for the patient
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday between 8am to 12pm / 9am to 1pm
