    You'll make a difference in our outside plant facilities, ensuring they operate at maximum efficiency and preparedness.

    • Place, rearrange, and remove outside plant equipment, including aerial and underground cables, poles, and hardware.
    • Connect wires and cables to terminals and attach/detach various hardware to wires and building or poles.
    • Read and interpret engineering work orders.
    • Perform construction work using designated equipment, such as digging holes and placing poles.
    • Operate Company motor vehicles to transport equipment.
    • Climb ladders and poles, work aloft, and move/lift items not exceeding 100 lbs.

    What We're Looking For

    You know outside plant and construction and are eager to apply your knowledge and skills to America's fastest and most reliable network.

    You'll Need:

    • A valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
    • A CDL.

    And It's Even Better If You Have:

    • A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
