The Paramedic is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for delivering advanced life support (ALS) to patients in the pre-hospital environment.Responsibilities
* Respond rapidly to 911 calls and other emergency/non-emergency incidents.* Conduct full patient assessments and initiate advanced treatment modalities.
* Perform life-saving procedures such as intubation, defibrillation, medication administration, EKG interpretation, and IV therapy.
