    About Got It AI

    Got It AI is a forward-thinking Enterprise Gen AI lab addressing key barriers to generative AI adoption. Got It AI, led by an experienced leadership team with a proven track record, has made key innovations and has built an AI copilot/agent platform using trustworthy task specific fine tuned LLMs. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about developing innovative products and solutions, who can learn quickly and work independently.

    About Role

    At Got It, AI Engineers (Both ML engineers and Research engineers) develop cutting edge technology and integrate it into our AI platform. Our team brings fresh ideas from a diverse set of areas, including natural language processing, speech and conversational AI, cloud computing, large-scale system design, security, deep learning, UI design and more. We need our team to be enthusiastic and versatile, display leadership and take on problems across the full AI stack.

    As an AI engineer, you would work with a fast paced team on mission critical R&D projects towards specific, and ever evolving, business goals. With your technical expertise, you will get the opportunity to work and scale state of the art AI systems using LLMs, Fine Tuning, Synthetic Data, Eval/Benchmarking, RL, Information Retrieval and so on.

    This is a contract to hire position.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
    • 2 years of software development experience, or an advanced degree
    • Experience in applied Machine Learning, LLM ops, etc
    • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Java, or C/C++
    • Strong software design and development skills and experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    • Experience with relevant technologies (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, machine learning libraries)
    • Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong architectural and problem solving skills

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Masters or PhD with specialization in one of the following areas: LLMs, Transformers, Deep Learning, NLP, Conversational AI, Machine Learning
    • 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Conversational AI, Text Understanding, Prompt Engineering, LLMs
