The Special Education Out-of-District Administrator is responsible for ensuring full legal compliance and fiscal oversight of all out-of-district special education placements in accordance with NH RSA 186-C, NH Code of Administrative Rules Ed 1100, IDEA, and district/SAU policies.Responsibilities
- Ensures all out-of-district placements comply with RSA 186-C, IDEA, and NHED guidance.
- Verify that placements meet Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) requirements.
