    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our growing team. As a Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest has a positive, memorable experience. You will oversee the entire restaurant operation, manage staff, and implement structure put forth by the General Manager and Director of Operations


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the restaurant shift duties
    • Deliver exceptional guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
    • Update Toast POS on a daily basis to reflect correct counts of menu items
    • Manage restaurant's daily operations and supervise shifts
    • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
    • Do weekly smallwares inventory and manage COGS
    • Concribute to a positive working environment
    • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality
    • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
    • 1+ years of experience in customer service management
    • Computer literacy, familiarity with restaurant management software including Toast, Slack, Restaurant 365, and Gmail
    • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
    • Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
    • Team player with good timemanagement skills
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
