    Description
    What You'll Do

    The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for identifying and completing projects and key initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management process improvement methodologies and developing the Continuous Improvement culture across the divisions at Inpro with a positive impact on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost
    • Train, prioritize, deploy, and monitor Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
    • Drive Division performance excellence at manufacturing sites
    • Support Site and Division Strategy Deployment Events
    • Facilitate lean daily management; develop and lead the path to Gemba.
    • Engage with facility leadership to set specific targets to achieve improvements functionally and strategically in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Metrics
    • Lead multidisciplinary teams in process and systems improvement projects that result in significant financial impact.
    • Work effectively with operations to translate process improvement findings into production specifications and standard work.
    • Develop, facilitate, and lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities, facility strategy deployment planning, and business metrics reviews to identify & prioritize improvement opportunities.
    • Identify Lean-Six Sigma training candidates and support local and corporate training programs.
    • Coach and mentor multiple Yellow, Green, and Black Belts.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean, operational excellence, or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience leading and facilitating structured problem-solving events using tools such as Value Stream Map, 5S+, Standard Work, TPM, Set Up Reduction, Lean Material flow, A3, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
    • Experience deploying and coaching Leadership Teams in Continuous Improvement tools such as Gemba Walks, Process Checks, Leader Standard Work, Daily Accountability, etc.
    • Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification is preferred.
    • Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs arise.
