    Responsible for managing multiple technical aspects of assigned customer accounts.

    Act as company liaison to Soitec customers and as the key technical interface on Soitec substrates applications, product specifications, testing methodology, and industry innovations.

    Customers will include world semiconductor leaders in the design and fabrication of advanced analog, mixed-signal, power management, RF and other devices.


    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Is the primary SOITEC technical interface in front of our customers in US

    Acquire and maintain a high degree of knowledge of silicon processing and related defects; fully understands production and quality control aspects of production.

    Update regularly customers on the benefits of using Soitec products and provide associated support

    As the customer voice inside SOITEC, coordinate technical services between management, production, and sales departments and the customer regarding newly developed techniques or practices in processing Soitec products.

    Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations targeted to engineers and engineering management of existing and prospective customers.
    Coordinate engineering development samples and new part qualifications.

    Assist in preparation of specific roadmap support plans for the future needs of customers and help develop technical marketing documentation.

    Assist in the preparation of proposals for future business.
    Assist investigation of customer complaints and concerns regarding quality and performance of Soitec products.
    Assist in assessment of risk to customer for process changes and process control excursions
    Assist in statistical analysis and presentation of SPC data to customers


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar fields
    Good experience (>8 years) in Customer Support Management in the semiconductor industry.
    Able to work in a high intensity and demanding environment with strong commitment to customer service.
    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Remote working and regular F2F team reviews
    Familiar with silicon wafer processing and/or testing
    Knowledge of statistical methods for process and product control (SPC, Cpk...)
    Knowledge of Material Characterization such as SEM, SIMS, GOI, XRT, C-V, SRP, TEM, and others
