    General Overview Portfolio Analyst, Orange, CA

    As a Portfolio Analyst, you will make ample use of your existing analytical, communication, and time management skills while also developing new ones as part of our Portfolio team. This will include preparing, analyzing, and updating various reports for management and assisting with maintaining our extensive customer asset database. You will be interfacing with and supporting the Portfolio team as well as interacting with colleagues from other departments throughout the company including, but not limited to, Credit, Accounting, and Sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparing and analyzing monthly reports to support the VP of Portfolio
    • Maintaining assets and data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy
    • Managing follow-up requirements associated with end of lease transactions and updating internal systems with end of lease information
    • Reporting 3rd party investment portfolio activity
    • Performing standard financial analysis on customer credit files and assisting with maintenance of credit ratings database
    • Ensuring process control while executing multiple tasks that may become more complex
    • Communicating extensively with various departments as needed to meet daily objectives
    • Assisting with other tasks/projects as assigned to ensure timely completion of deliverables

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum two (2) years of leasing industry experience required
    • Bachelors degree in business administration (Finance concentration a plus) preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone/email etiquette
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Advanced analytical and mathematical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), including V-LookUp, Pivot tables, formulas (Excel)
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive work attitude and approach to daily tasks, along with ability to have fun

    We offer competitive pay and benefits, with a starting salary in the range of $68,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
