Minimum Requirements:
Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
Experience in Designing and developing new ServiceNow workflows and processes on Fed ramp ServiceNow instance.
Help with the development of IT Service Management solutions using products such as ServiceNow by customizing the product using technologies JavaScript, Jelly, web services including MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
Work on the ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution, as needed.
Experienced with User Access Test (UAT) to collect feedback from UAT Team, ITIL Process owners, Clients and fine-tune the solution.
Conduction of quality assurance testing of the Solution and the Major/Patch Upgrade testing.
Regular working on administration of the Fed ramp ServiceNow platform.
Expert knowledge of testing cycles within Agile or SDLC
Certified Implementation Specialist certification
Certified Application Developer
Job may require travel to unanticipated client sites with expenses paid by the employer. 40 hours per week. M-F. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Email resumes
