- Assist in monitoring stock levels, tracking incoming shipments, and identifying potential stock discrepancies or risks.
- Review stock alerts weekly to identify and mitigate low or high stock level risks.
- Track and analyse OTIF root causes.
- Reduce stocks of obsolete materials or low rotation, analysing them and proposing reusability alternatives
- Provide operational support for air shipments, launches, and non-saleable stock management, ensuring timely execution and adherence to processes.
- Reconcile quantities misalignments between systems
- Responsible for updating, exporting, and consolidating data for supply planning reports. Ensure reports related to inventory management, supply chain performance, and other relevant metrics are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
- Serve as a liaison between operations departments, facilitating communication and coordination to support supply chain operations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to supply chain operations, including document preparation, system updates, and meeting coordination

Compensation DataAs required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $65, $70, Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
