Millwork Install Manager - St Petersburg, United States - Mesh Architecture and Fabrication

Description

Mesh is a St. Petersburg, Florida-based custom millwork firm, with most of our work installed in high end commercial spaces in NYC, DC and Miami. We are looking for experienced install supervisors to join our team.

Ideally, candidates are based out of South Florida and willing to travel between West Palm Beach and Miami for extended periods of time. Occasional extended travel to NYC/DC may be required.

Candidate MUST have high level shop drawing reading competency and experience with millwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of Accurate Field Measurements
• Vet and Hire Outsource Install Labor
• Coordination of Install Crews for Mobilization (In House and Outsourced)
• Coordination of Tools and Equipment Required
• Verification of Site Readiness
• Layout
• On Site Management of Install Teams
• Installation of Millwork
• On Site Trade Coordination
• Provision of Daily Field Updates to Project Management
