    License Auditing:
    • Plan, conduct, and oversee regular software license audits to verify compliance and identify potential licensing gaps or discrepancies.
    Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of software licenses, agreements, and usage.
    • Generate regular reports and summaries for management and relevant stakeholders.
    Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess potential risks related to software licensing non-compliance.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
    Policy and Process Development:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of software license management policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
    Cost Optimization:
    • Collaborate with procurement and IT teams to identify opportunities for optimizing software license costs, including consolidating licenses and renegotiating agreements.
    Technology Integration:
    • Work with IT teams to implement software asset management tools and systems to enhance license tracking and compliance efforts.
