    Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account an individual patient special physical or age-related needs.

    Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual patient functional level and potential.

    Required Qualifications:
    Master's Degree From an accredited Audiology program Or
    Ph.
    D. From an accredited Audiology program Or equivalent educ/experience
    Coursework/Training and Specialized Audiology training to meet a particular department need.

    Upon hire:
    Oregon Audiologist License

    Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need.
