    A Project Controls Lead Analyst is needed for a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company in the Decatur, IL area.

    This lead-level position requires expertise in project controls, encompassing planning, scheduling, cost analysis, risk assessment, and client coordination, while also providing leadership and managing contractual obligations.

    responsibilities:

    • Support planning, scheduling, cost analysis, risk assessment, and client coordination.
    • Apply advanced project controls techniques and analyses independently.
    • Handle commercial issues.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced project control and project personnel.
    • Achieve high forecasting accuracy.
    • Proactively address project issues to support successful project outcomes.
    • Address contractual requirements related to cost control and schedule control.
    • Lead planning and schedule preparation, including startup planning.

    Education and Experience:

    • Four-year Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience or
    • No four-year Bachelor's degree required with ten years or more of relevant experience in Home Office or Field Office.
    • Prefer Master's degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management.
