    Position Overview RMGS, Inc
    is currently recruiting an LDA Operations SMEin Coronado, CA in support of the Naval Special Warfare Command, Leadership Development and Assessment (LDA) Directorate Services
    **This position is contingent upon contract award


    • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Primary point of contact and oversees and manages overall contractor team efforts supporting for main lines of program activity: 1
    Data collection (resource allocation and management), 2
    Data reporting (planning and monitoring of program deadlines and milestones), 3
    Program Administration (providing updates of key program elements (cost, schedule, performance) to the Government per the Monthly Status Report), and 4
    Supplemental Professional Development and Training (assist the Government with developing draft program structure, policy, and training recommendations.)

    • Shall attend and support NSW organizational reviews with stakeholders and support program execution activities.
    • Shall participate as key leader in support of routine and coordinated LDA Management Office "User-Centered Design" (UCD) activities.
    • Telework is anticipated: A minimum of 2 days per week onsite/live and in person, with up to 5 days as required for specific work taskings

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years within the last 20 years of active duty at NSW/SOF with command leadership experience (multiple command leadership tours at echelon II/III/IV level organizations).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Department of Defense (DoD) Government or contractor program manager managing cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience, within the last 5, leading DoD program enterprise-wide software evaluation and customization efforts supporting UCD team activities.
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
    • Enter data into multiple databases.
    • Possess an active SECRET Security Clearance.
    • If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost their Special Operations designation
