    Job Description

    Provides leadership in the development, oversight, and compliance of the department's records management initiatives, conflicts of interest program, and information management operations.

    Oversees the examination scheduling process to ensure supervisory activities are consistently conducted according to established timeframes and examination mandates across supervisory teams and business lines.

    Provides leadership to business process improvement initiatives, department office management, and ensures strategic objectives are achieved.

    Essential Accountabilities

    • Leads process improvement and change management initiatives, including development and implementation of plans to streamline business processes.
    • Provides leadership and guides the development and oversight of the content and records management program, including compliance.
    • Oversees information management operations, including document management, timekeeping, conflicts of interest, and procurement.
    • Provides training, direction and management support to records and information management staff.
    • Manages/Leads and/or actively participates in key business initiatives and projects in support of high priority objectives in the department or system.
    • Provides leadership to System communities of practice and workgroups.
    • Oversees office management of building, construction, and other facilities items in collaboration with the Bank's Real Estate Services Group.
    • Makes talent management decisions for the Information Management department, including hiring, development, and performance management of staff.
    • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 7 years of related work experience required
    • 3 years of supervisory experience preferred

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Advanced ability to perform independent research
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Advanced knowledge of regulations, procedures and practices of a specific discipline (e.g. Supervisory Process, Records Management, Process Improvement)
    • Advanced knowledge of project management

    Physical Demands and General Working Conditions

    Traditional office environment:
    Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees will be required to travel by car/air.
