- Minimum of 5 years of design and tooling for various high volume manufacturing processes with an emphasis on injection molding and stamping.
- Direct experience and understanding of the entire mechanical design and development process from concept, development, approval, pre-production and high volume production.
- Experience with ProE, Solidworks and/or AutoCAD.
- Extremely strong presentation of technical data skills are required. Simplifying complicated mechanical engineering topics so our customers and provide quick and direct feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to capably represent the company when interfacing with customer mechanical manufacturing experts.
- Interest in moving towards (or experience in) a direct client interaction/support role.
- Ability to learn to operate effectively and build relationships in a new culture.
- Experience working with Chinese companies.
- Mandarin language skills is a plus
