    Job title: Client Service Manager

    Description
    About the Role

    As a Client Service Manager II, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure that client satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded, and revenue benchmark expectations are achieved.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Successfully manage an assigned group of accounts.
    • Bild and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
    • In partnership with the Production team, take a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
    • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.


    About You

    We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience. A Producer's License is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 25% of the time are necessary. Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships are preferred.

    Preferred Skills:
    • Solid financial acumen.
    • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
