    Our community is currently seeking a Server to join our team.

    Server Responsibilities:

    • Take meal and drink orders and serve them in a friendly and timely manner
    • Ensure the satisfaction of residents and guests with their meals
    • Maintain knowledge of specials and provide general descriptions of all food items
    • Keep all side stations and dining areas organized
    • Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules
    • Follow all safety and loss prevention protocols
    • Set up and clean the Dining Room while upholding or surpassing hospitality and service standards

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a passion for working with seniors
    • Ability to engage with guests, residents, and staff in a polite and friendly manner
    • Ability to promptly address resident needs
    • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
    • Willingness to work flexible hours as required
