    Responsibilities Coordinate the staff schedule to ensure proper coverage in the unit Train, evaluate, and perform competencies on all staff Coordinate with our clinical affiliations and ensure students are receiving sufficient clinical time Manage inventory on a weekly basis Prepare patients for scanning Determine appropriate type and dose of contrast to be administered Provide accurate explanations and instructions Perform venipuncture, IV patency and maintenance procedures according to established guidelines Monitor the patient's physical condition for any adverse reactions during the procedure Perform any and all other duties as assigned QualificationsJob Requirements:

    High School Diploma or equivalency Three (3) years experience in CT scan Active and current New Jersey State License-NJDEP Radiologic Technologist Maintenance of CEU Credits American Registry of Radiology Technologist (A.R.R.T.)


    certification American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Job Requirements:
    Associate's degree in Applied Science
