Job summary
The Unit Manager provides administrative support for an assigned program by developing plans to implement goals and objectives. This involves overseeing social workers at supervisory levels, lower-level staff members family services caseworkers clerical staff. Customer service is provided to both internal external customers meeting or exceeding departmental standards.Responsibilities
- Maintains records controls monthly statistical reports service compliance reviews re-evaluations court progress reports.
- Articulates implements policies ensuring delivery of services according to BCDSS procedures COMAR regulations.
- Assists with development various studies maintains analyzes data on case movement through service delivery systems.
