    Residential Specialist - Full or Part Time

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Specialist to join our team at Prologue Inc. The successful candidate will work with individuals recovering from mental illness, providing direct psychiatric rehabilitation services and skills training in a residential setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement individualized service plans to achieve goals and support independence
    • Facilitate group and individual activities promoting socialization and skill development
    • Provide transportation to access community resources and services
    • Maintain accurate records of activities and services in log books, service tickets, incident reports, and progress notes
    • Assist with independent living skills and daily tasks
    • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Participate in crisis management and provide emotional support as needed
    • Clean and maintain individual residences as required
    • Monitor medication adherence and ensure proper storage
    • Utilize Electronic Health Records and internal communication systems

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; experience in human services preferred
    • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to respect individual choice and recovery process
    • Good driving record and reliable transportation essential
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
