JCC Construction Corp. is an established union commercial construction company, located in Queens, NY. We specialize in utility and site work construction in the New York City area for the past 30 years. We are seeking to hire Construction Estimating Staff who are reliable, have keen attention to detail, and takes initiative. The ideal candidate is dedicated and desires to grow alongside our company.

JCC Construction Corp. is seeking a junior level estimator to work directly with and under our Estimating Team.

Daily responsibilities include the following at the direction of our estimating staff:

Review scopes of work provided by the client to determine takeoff strategy.

Perform takeoffs.

Obtain material price quotes.

Populate estimate spreadsheet and present to our estimating staff for review.

Generate proposal and populate bid forms required by the client.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with the following:

Hardworking and willing to learn.

This is an entry level position with room for growth.
