    The Performance Marketing Team uses test and learn tactics to enable the business to make data-driven decisions for long-term, profitable omnichannel business growth measuring results through Kohler-owned advanced analytics.

    The Channel Manager, Product Lifecycle Performance Marketing is responsible for conducting strategic hypothesis formation, pilot execution and management, interpreting advanced analytics and data throughout the product progression stages (introduction, growth, stabilization, and decline).

    This role will be tasked with relationship development of other Channel Managers overseeing product management across consumer channels, retail, etail, wholesale and other distribution partners.

    This role is responsible for testing and learning into incremental sales opportunities and working with partners to scale the high-performing activity to business as usual.

    Specific Responsibilities

    Own and lead product lifecycle test & learn roadmap, pilot implementation, measurement, and recommendations for business channels such as Direct to Consumer, Retail, Etail & Wholesale.

    Areas of test and learning include product, price, promotion, packaging, and ratings.
    Define next steps/recommendations upon completion of every pilot.
    Publish and quantify impact of results/opportunities with stakeholders across the organization.
    Lead the cross-functional team meetings that deliver tests for business or marketing channels.
    Support the analysis of pilots, including collecting relevant data, reading dashboards to measure performance, and using data to build recommendations for the teams
    Support in measurement of the long-term impact of pilots scaling to business as usual across all channels
    Lead project management for pilots managing cross functional partners
    Manage Test & Learn budget to enable priority pilots in partnership with business and marketing stakeholders. Partner with Finance and Channel Owners/Retailers to complete POs and monitor a specified budget across pilots
    Provides high quality of work and detailed analysis in support of initiatives
    Participate in a collaborative, team environment
    Present findings to senior leadership as means for soliciting buy-in through confident storytelling using data driven validation
    Skills/Requirements
    BA/BS in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
    7-10 years of Marketing experience
    Subject matter expert in product lifecycle marketing, product pricing, product packaging, ratings and reviews
    Ability to create an innovative vision and lead cross-functional partners with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
    Strong ability to glean insights and tell a story from data, analytics and insights inspiring action and change
    Strong fiscal management skills with demonstrated record of improving efficiency of marketing spend
    Curious, creative, passionate, and innovative thinker - enthusiastic about the opportunities of the future and always in learning mode
    Skillful and impactful communicator with the ability to deliver presentations with poise, confidence, and authentic style
    Proven ability to establish relationships, trust and credibility and follow through on decisions

    Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
    Thesalary range for this position is $107,650 - $137,150.

    The specific salaryoffered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors includingthe candidates experience, their education, and the work location.
