    Associate, Procurement Specialist

    Narda-MITEQ designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of standard active and passive components, as well as custom subsystems and integrated microwave assemblies to meet the requirements found on land, sea, air, and the harsh environment of space.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Under direct supervision, procures both inventory and non-inventory items to support production and Manufacturing Repair and Overhead (MRO) requirements.
    • Analyzes bids, reviews previous price history, and prepares purchase orders in accordance with established policies.
    • Reconciles invoice discrepancies, processes returns of discrepant material, and expedites material to meet production schedules.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience or Associate's Degree with 4 years of prior related experience in active procurement/buying electronics-manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and ability to interface effectively with employees, customers, and visitors.
