Make a difference as a RN/LPN HomecareAs a new RN/LPN in our Homecare team at JGS Lifecare, you will provide compassionate and patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and their families on treatment plans. Are you the RN/LPN Homecare we're looking for?To excel in the RN/LPN Homecare position at JGS Lifecare, you should possess a valid LPN or RN license and demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge.
