Target Compensation:
$150,000 - negotiable based on experience

Bonus Opportunity: 1.5% of Annual Net Billing

Retirement Program: 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with eligibility after one year, a 3% Safe Harbor Non-elective employer contribution, plus a discretionary profit-sharing contribution each year

Fourteen (14) total MD's – 3 Retina, 1 Cornea, 2 Glaucoma, 1 Oculofacial Plastics, 1 Refractive Surgeon, 6 Comprehensive Ophthalmologists

ODs on Staff:
One (1)
