    Position Overview:


    As the Director of Preconstruction, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our clients projects from inception to execution.

    You'll be responsible for leading the preconstruction team, developing comprehensive project estimates, and providing strategic guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and mentor the preconstruction team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    Collaborate with the development team to assess project feasibility and establish project goals and objectives.
    Oversee the preparation of accurate and detailed project estimates, including conceptual estimates, budgeting, and value engineering.
    Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of services.
    Analyze project risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize value.
    Participate in project pursuits and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:
    7+ years of experience in preconstruction management, preferably in the multifamily/ commercial development sector.
    Proven track record of successfully leading preconstruction efforts for large-scale projects.
    Strong understanding of construction methods, cost estimating, and value engineering principles.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
