    As the Wound Care Nurse LVN at Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Tyler, TX, you will create a positive resident experience by providing quality compassionate healthcare as a key part of our clinical team.     As the Wound Care Nurse at Park Place Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Tyler, TX you will participate in and oversee the provisions of resident care as it relates to wound care. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality services are delivered in a customer-service-friendly environment.     Requirements:

    • Current, valid licensure as a LVN in the state of Texas is required

    • Wound Care Certification is preferred

    • Experience in long-term healthcare preferred

    • Management/Supervisory experience required

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Strong written and verbal skills required
