This is a consistent part-time opportunity for a Physical Therapist to perform treatments, evaluations, and re-evaluations in group homes and residential settings in Lowell and the surrounding area


Base rate:
Up to $140/visit

Mileage reimbursement:
.62/mile

Requirements:
Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
Candidates must have MA Physical Therapist license.
Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
