Job summary
We are looking for a motivated, member-focused, target-driven team member to join our Operations team as a Director of Business Services.The Director is responsible for establishing and leading the Credit Union's first Business Services Department, including infrastructure design, product design and selection,
strategic leadership, development, and execution of all business services.
This also includes oversight of strategy development and execution,
treasury management,
vendor evaluation,
commercial deposit services,
and business member acquisition strategy with the generation of deposit growth and increased non-interest income.
