    Greenville SC What You Will Be Doing
    As a Quality Records Analyst at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Greenville, SC, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of aircraft records, including logbooks and associated documentation
    This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, such as DCMA, engineering, and customer representatives, to gather required records and validate quality records for accountability and traceability
    Additionally, you will support product acceptance and delivery processes, contribute to technical publications updates, and develop governing procedures to maintain regulatory compliance
    This position offers a unique opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of aircraft records in a specialized facility environment
    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update L100 aircraft/engine logbooks and associated records to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Track time compliance items and serialized items to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and operational standards
    • Gather required records for flight release, collaborating with stakeholders including DCMA, engineering, customer, and subcontractor representatives
    • Validate quality records to assure adequate accountability and traceability, ensuring conformance to company and regulatory standards
    • Create work instructions during routine and nonroutine maintenance inspections to facilitate standardized procedures
    • Ensure compliance with corporate records retention policies and any other relevant regulations

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Experience of Military or Commercial Aircraft / Logs Records
    • Experience maintaining operations documentation, user guides and manuals, and technical publications
    • Experience in quality process procedures


    • Secret Clearance

    • Experience working in the aerospace/defense industry.

    Desired Skills:

    • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
    • Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices.
    • Candidate must have the ability to maintain organization of large amounts of data/information.
    • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
    • Attention to detail & strong recordkeeping skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with CAMP.
    • SAP experience.
    • Knowledge of auditing practices.

    Security Clearance Statement:
    This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level:
    Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

    Ability to Work Remotely:
    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
